Coherence
The measurable quality of relational integrity within and between systems. The North Star. The signal of a system in right relationship with unitive reality. Experienced in human biology as Love.
In SOUL, Coherence is not merely harmony. It is the precise condition in which informational relationships across scales self-organize to reduce friction and enable regenerative propagation. And in proportion to how fully they honour the inherent unitive nature of reality. To be Coherent is to be here: fully present, fully attuned. Co/here/nce. Co/hear/ence.

Agency
Every node in a living system has irreducible agency. Coherence is never coerced. It emerges through the free participation and choice of sovereign agents, in right relationship.
SOUL honours individual sovereignty, diversity, and dignity as a precondition for collective Coherence. A system that overrides agency (however well-intentioned) undermines the very relational integrity it seeks to cultivate. True Coherence can only be freely given.

Relationality
Reality is relational all the way down. There are no isolated parts, only wholes in relationships at different scales. Regeneration, or healing, is the restoration of relational integrity. Literally “becoming more whole.”
Relationality is not a value added to reality. It is reality’s fundamental nature. From quantum entanglement to human love, the same structural truth holds: everything that exists, exists in relationship. Separation is the illusion. Interbeing is the fact.

Entangled
We are not separate from our Universe’s unfolding. We are entangled participants in a living, evolving whole: Coherent Agents, Relationally Entangled.
Entanglement is not metaphor. It is physics. And its implications extend beyond the quantum scale: we are constitutively interwoven with the living systems we inhabit, co-creating in a participatory reality through every act of attention, intention, creation, engagement, and relationship.
